Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to sales of Sanasella products to businesses. We do not sell to consumers.

Orders

An order or enquiry on our website is not binding until we have confirmed it in writing. Chairs are made to order to the model, colour and options you choose.

Prices

Outside Norway, the price and terms in your quote apply. In Norway, prices exclude VAT; VAT and shipping are added.

Payment

Outside Norway, a USD 200 deposit is due when your order is confirmed, and the remaining balance before the chair ships. For orders in Norway, chairs are invoiced on delivery with 14 days' payment terms.

Delivery and risk

The usual lead time is approximately 4–6 weeks. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery. See Shipping and delivery.

Retention of title

The chair remains Sanasella's property until the purchase price has been paid in full, to the extent permitted by law.

Warranty

Liability

Sanasella is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost revenue, unless caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled by Agder District Court.
