Returns and warranty

Sanasella sells to businesses. Consumer cancellation rights therefore do not apply, and purchases are governed by the Norwegian Sale of Goods Act and these terms.

Made to order

Every chair is handmade in Lyngdal, Norway, to the model, colour and options you choose. The usual lead time is approximately 4–6 weeks.

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge until production of your chair has started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel an order.

Returns

Because our chairs are made to order, we do not accept returns of chairs without defects unless agreed in writing.

Damage in transit

Please inspect the chair and packaging on delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery note and report it to us within 7 days, preferably with photos.

Warranty

Sanasella Flow: 3-year warranty on the chair and 1-year warranty on stitching.
Sanasella Pump: 2-year warranty on the chair and 1-year warranty on stitching.

The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal salon use. It does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse, or cleaning with anything other than water, mild detergent and alcohol.

If something is wrong, contact us with your order number, a short description and photos. We'll agree on a solution with you: repair, replacement parts or a new chair.
