Small changes can make a big difference

Hairdressing is rewarding work — it’s creative, it’s social, it's varied and no two days are the same. However, it’s also a physically demanding job that can sometimes take its toll. 

Most salons feel the effect when staff need to take sick leave — an absent staff member concerns not only their colleagues, it also affects the salon clients, as well as having a financial impact through loss of earnings.

As a profession, hairdressing is one of the most susceptible to work-related health issues. One of the contributing causes of these health problems is the lack of opportunity to adjust the client chair high enough or low enough. 

Sanasella was specifically created to address this issue. Sanasella Flow is the lowest chair available on the market and can be adjusted by a full 30cm (12ins.) in height. 

We've seen many examples where sick leave has decreased after salons have started using Sanasella chairs.
